Description: 64-TQFP, QFP with 0.5mm pitch. SMT base replaces a 64 lead QFP-TQFP package on the target's TQFP-QFP SMT pads. The TQFP-QFP base provides access for specialized accessories, such as TQFP ZIF socket top, emulator adapter top, logic analyzer adapter top, TQFP-QFP SMT top, emulator extension cable top, etc. The base is wired one-to-one, it is generic. Hence, it can be used for generic, as well as devices specific adapters. For easier alignment during soldering a base with alignment pins, 64QFS20-SDA, can be used.
