| Description: 64-TQFP adapter with Wells-CTI open-top ZIF TQFP test socket and a PGA plug. This package is often refered to as a TQFP package because it is thin. PGA pins are replaceable without soldering. A few spare PGA pins are supplied with the adapter. More pins can be ordered at any time. This adapter is used for testing, when the tester has a PGA ZIF socket, or on a breadboard when the chip needs to be frequently re-programmed or replaced. PGA plug has 11 x11 matrix compatible with 68-PLCC through-hole production socket. |
