| Description: 48-QFN-MLF adapter with Plastronics ZIF socket to SMT QFN-MLF 0.5mm pads adapter replaces the QFN-MLF package on SMT QFN-MLF pads on the target system with open-top test socket. The adapter is composed of two parts. One part, base, replaces the QFN-MLF package on the QFN-MLF pads and provides access for the top part with QFN-MLF ZIF test socket. Other types of top parts, such as Pin Monitor with test pins or Pin Isolator wit test pins and switches can be used with the same QFN-MLF base. |
