Description: ZIF test socket to pads adapter for 64-lead QFP packages. Two-part adapter - QFP ZIF test socket TOP and SMT QFP base. The bottom part, base, replaces the QFP package on the target's QFP pads. The top part of the adapter has Wells-CTI open-top ZIF test socket for QFP packages with 16.0mm tip-to-tip. Additional bases can be purchased at any time.
